Refund and Non-Match Policy

Ink Between Us offers introductions, not outcomes.

Because each Introduction involves real human time, judgment, and care, fees are non-refundable once an Introduction has been offered, whether it is accepted or declined.

A lack of chemistry, compatibilituy, continuation, or mutual consent does not constitute a failure of service.

If Ink Between Us is unable to offer an Introduction within the purchased time frame, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

This policy exists to set clear expectations while honoring the labor and integrity of the process.
